					<description><![CDATA[I (a 12yr old girl) am just starting to be vegan and I am not sure if 10 micrograms of B12 every week is enough for me or if it is too little or if, because I am just starting being a vegan, I don&#039;t need to take B12 supplements at the moment. If the third option is the case, then when is the recommended time to start taking B12 supplements- two weeks, a month? Another thing is, are there any more supplements you recommend a 12yr old girl just, starting to be a vegan, to take other than B12? Thank You]]></description>
