I’ve been vegan for over 30 years. I take b12 daily until the bottle runs out, by another one maybe 3 or 4 months later and start again. I just had my annual physical and the doctor said my b12 was high. Clearly the supplements work, because I haven’t had an animal product since 1990.
Hello VeganHealth. I take B12 fortified soymilk with my breakfast cereal or porridge each morn. With dinners, I take a multi supplement (Vegan Society VEG1) – it too has B12. My last blood test showed my B12 levels were good.
